I do my utmost to ensure the high quality and accuracy of my work. I reserve the right to correct the delivered work free of charge in the event of errors or issues, provided that the client has lodged a complaint about such errors or issues within 10 working days after the delivery of the work. The client’s right to complain lapses the moment they edit the delivered work themselves or have it edited without my written permission and publish or print such edited work. Lodging a complaint does not release the client from their obligation to pay for the work. The financial liability for shortcomings in the work supplied shall never exceed the invoice amount (excl. VAT) of the assignment in question. Liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages is explicitly excluded.
